Dr. Elaine Mora is the founder of Mora Rehabilitation Consultants LLC. She holds a PhD in Rehabilitation Counseling from The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley and is a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC), Board Certified Counselor (NCC), and Licensed Professional Counselor in both Texas and Montana.

Mora Rehabilitation Consultants focuses on disability and vocational rehabilitation, with an emphasis on forensic consulting. Dr. Mora conducts vocational assessments, labor market and transferable skills analyses, and rehabilitation planning in support of litigation and expert testimony. She has extensive clinical experience supporting individuals with disabilities, mental health challenges, and substance use issues. Dr. Mora is also available for speaking engagements, training, and forensic consulting referrals.
